as a Senior Software Engineer and play a crucial role in building

- Build User Interfaces: Develop user-facing features using
modern frontend technologies like React and Typescript.
- Ensure Frontend Performance: Optimize scalability and security
using best practices in coding and testing.
- Architect and Innovate: Design, implement, and maintain
scalable, high-performance systems.
- Solve Complex Problems: Tackle deeply technical challenges,
balancing trade-offs to deliver secure and compliant solutions that
meet our customers' needs.
- Champion Engineering Excellence: Lead efforts to refine and
advance our engineering practices, ensuring our codebase is
high-quality, secure, and performant.
- Mentor and Grow Talent: Share your expertise with less
experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
and improvement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product
managers, and other engineers to deliver products that exceed
customer expectations.What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Frontend or Full Stack engineer,
focusing on modern web applications.
- Proficiency in frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or
Babel, and testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of reusable component development and
design systems.
- Experience with API integration and collaboration with backend
teams.
- Strong passion for UI/UX design, with a focus on accessibility
and responsiveness.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, designing and deploying scalable,
resilient cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools like
Jenkins, streamlining the development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills, conveying complex technical
