Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer service strategies, maintaining strong
relationships with clients
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve
escalated issues related to benefits and claims
Manage plan administration activities, including installation,
eligibility, and member communications strategies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of industry or customer service experience, preferably in
account management
1-3 years of experience in the health benefits industry or project
management
Insurance license as required by state law, obtainable within the
first 90 days of employment
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
