Universal Speech Therapy, Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing small group instruction to elementary students, utilizing various instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students. Job Expectations: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Common Core State Standards Utilize differentiated instruction to support students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment Conduct parent conferences and maintain open communication with families Implement classroom management strategies to promote a positive learning environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field Valid teaching certification in Special Education Severe disabilities license Experience working with preschool and elementary students Knowledge of child development and instructional best practices Subseparate classroom ABA Autism Pay: $45 per hour DEI Statement: At Universal Speech Therapy, Inc., we are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
