Job Description BAE Systems, Electronic Systems (ES) Sector is
seeking a full-time Contract Closeout Billing Analyst (Accountant
I). The accounting organization is a trusted business partner

a fast paced organization responsible for preparing in excess of
20,000 invoices annually totaling over $4B.***This role involves a
combination of independent and collaborative work and can be
conducted 100% remotely. To be considered for this role, however,
this individual must reside within the greater Southern New
Hampshire region, or within a 2 hour drive from our offices in
Nashua, NH. No relocation assistance is currently available for
this opportunity.***Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare closeout invoices within Oracle ERP for multiple lines
of business at ES
- Invoice billing activities to include Cost Type and Time and
Material invoices
- Review Contract Information and Billing Instructions for
Billing Action
- Review and release final contract closeout invoices on a
regular basis
- Active in bringing forward issues and concerns, innovation, and
ensuring company and department standards are adhered to
- Establish and maintain organized billing records
- Provide research and analysis on Program Billing
Reconciliations, Internal Audits, Government Audits, Over/Under
Payments, and various other projects
- Work efficiently across multiple functions within Business
Management including Contracts, Program Finance, and
Accounting
- Work with DCAA/DCMA auditors as needed and support government
audit of closeout invoice packages
- Assist department management in ad hoc requests, projects or
duties as they ariseRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of work or equivalent
experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior billing closeout experience
- Experience in Oracle ERP is highly preferred
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced and time sensitive
environment
- The ability to work independentlyPay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $53680 - $91300Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
